Michael L. Donini, Esq. is Senior Commercial Counsel for Madison Title Agency in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. In this role, he clears complex title matters, oversees underwriting activities and renders title opinions. Before joining Madison, Mr. Donini was Vice President, Special Projects for New Jersey Title Insurance Company, where he was involved in underwriting, risk assessment and the development of strategic alliances with various area mortgage lenders. Prior to his association with New Jersey Title Insurance, Mr. Donini had a private law practice that focused on residential and commercial real estate transactions, land use and business law.

Mr. Donini received his Bachelor of Arts from Villanova University and his Juris Doctor from the Oklahoma City University School of Law. Mr. Donini is a member of the New Jersey Bar and a licensed New Jersey and Pennsylvania Title Insurance Producer. Mr. Donini is also an Adjunct Professor in the Business Studies Department of Ocean County College and has served as a guest lecturer for Lorman and ICLE educational programs.
